Asymptotic solutions of sigularly perturbed control systems with a quick changing dumping

The singularly perturbed control system is considered. The functional of this system contains a quick-changing coefficient. The optimal system, which can be obtained by means of Pontriyegins principle of the maximum, has unstable spectrum. In the paper the method of regularization for such systems is developed.
