Numerical methods of boundary condition transfer

Two algorithms of calculation of initial values of vector-functions of a boundary task are built to be used with Godunov's transfer method for a complicated boundary condition case. New analysis of the boundary condition transfer of Godunov's transfer method is done. New analysis and a method of improving are shown for Abramov's transfer method.
