Racah operators for unitary representations of groups

We define Racah operators for unitary representations of groups as a modification of classical Racah coefficients. These operators are explicitly calculated in the case of the motion group of four-dimensional Euclidean space. It turns out that they are related to the geometry of $4$-gons in this space.
