Rotation and parallel translation

Abstract: The article introduces the concepts of rotation and parallel translation of a plane in a non-standard way. The approach turns out to be methodologically justified, since the concept becomes not a formalization of a visual representation, but the nucleus of a cognitive block, in which both the visual representation and methods of activity “around” the given concept are developed.
