A criterion for the straightening of a Lipschitz surface in the Lizorkin–Triebel sense. II

Abstract: We study the notion of the straightening of the graph of a Lipschitz function in the Lizorkin–Triebel sense introduced by the author in the first part of the article. In all the cases, a criterion of the straightening is found in terms of a dyadic weighted inequality where oscillations of a given function on stretched dyadic cubes are involved.
