Solvability of a Boundary-Value Problem with an Integral Boundary Condition of the Second Kind for Equations of Odd Order

Abstract: We study the solvability of a boundary-value problem for equations of odd order subject to a boundary condition relating the values of the conormal derivative with those of an integral operator applied to the solution. We prove the existence and uniqueness theorems for regular solutions.
