Abstract: Experimental data characterizing subpicosecond time structure reorganizing of ÑdF$_2$ crystal lattice accompanying a process of photo conversion of bistable In1+/Ga1+ impurity centers from deep state to shallow hydrogen-like ones are presented for the first time.
