Abstract: The complex physicochemical investigation of the morphological parameters of boehmite nanoparticles and their agglomerates has been carried out. It is shown that a complex approach to the nanoparticle analysis can resolve the contradictions and to increase the reliability of measurement results. The possibilities of the method of small-angle X-ray scattering for the characterization of nanoparticle with isometric shape have been demonstrated. The features of the dynamic light scattering method in the analysis of lamellar nanoparticles agglomerates are considered.
