Abstract:
new approach for synthesis of Cu$_{1-x}$Ni$_{x}$GeO$_{3}$ (x= 0$\div$0,15) in form of nanorods is developed. Analysis of the lattice evolution with Cu(II) percentage showed a change of the cell parameters that corresponds to the theoretical simulation completely. Doping with nickel leads to a rise of dopant concentration in the solid solution.
