Porous structure of carbon nanoparticles prepared by chlorination of nanoparticles of silicon carbid

Abstract: Specific features of the structure of nanoporous carbon, prepared by chlorinating silicon carbide nanoparticles followed by treatment thereof by hydrogenation have been studied. A considerable number of microscopic pores in carbon nanoparticles have been shown.
