Abstract:
The paper covers a new approach to the development of a power tetrode simulation model applicable in SPICE-similar simulators. Used approximation of tetrode characteristics reveals physical effects of the plate, screen grid and control grid voltages influence on the electrodes' currents. It resulted in error decline compared with the known models as much as more than two times.
