Expropriation as a new social phenomenon in Armenia

General description of expropriation institute as well as the role and importance of expropriation as a newly developing institution in public and social life of Armenia are presented hereby. Expropriation contains serious social reactions and it is in its current stage of formation and development. Therefore, the study of achievements and experience of developed countries in the field of expropriation, as well as the possibility of the localization of that experience in our country is quite valuable.
