Abstract:
The issues of using the geographic information systems (GIS) in real estate appraisal and realtors’ activities are addressed. The benefits of GIS for all specialists of the area are emphasized in the case of their large-scale utilization. The main problems that hinder the fast investment of GIS in the real estate sphere of Armenia are also disclosed hereby.
