Abstract:
The peculiarities of exploitation of route-taxis were analysed and recommendations were made to increase the smoothness and stability of the motion. The choice of the back-axle type of such buses is also associated with their suspension bracket systems and the number of tires installed. The study has shown that the priority belongs to the suspension bracket with pneumatic cabins in terms of ensuring high smoothness of the motion. It has been proved that the back axle should have double tires. As a result, a preferable scheme of suspension bracket-axle is recommended, which will provide the necessary convenience and safety for the buses.
