Fortification brickwork architecture of Yerevan

The brick was used as a building material in Yerevan such as sattelments, on the wall of castles and accommodations. The floors and roofs were clay plaster. The clay has also been used to prepare household items. The article discusses the structure of the Bronze Age period settlement, Shengavit. The Teishebaini and Erebuni fortrest during the reign of Van, as well as the adobe and bricks architecture of the Yerevan fortress. The metric tables of this building material are presented.
