Specifications of corporate management of Аrmenian join-stock companies

The article presents the laws on regulation of corporate governance in the Republic of Armenia. The peculiarities of the structure of reporting boards of registered companies in Armenian companies, current market conditions, corporate law models, shareholder management system, role and importance of auditors have been studied. Three features of the corporate governance efficiency set by the World Bank, the founders of stock market development, as well as the self-sufficient corporate governance model that best fits Armenia is presented.
