Opportunities for the reconstruction of the quarter between the streets Vardanants, Y. Kochar, Kadjaznuni and Vratsyan of the city of Yerevan

The opportunities of reconstruction of the given quarter between Vardanants, Y. Kochar, Kadjaznuni and Vratsyan streets of the Yerevan city are identified. The historical process of city center quarter development is summarized, and the problems are clarified. The results of the study and analysis of the current state of the quarter are summarized. The conceptual design proposal developed for the reconstruction of the quarter, the socio-economic possibilities of the process realization and the expected results are presented.
