Creation of commercial multi-apartment buildings’ classifier at Yerevan city

The developed classification of multi-apartment buildings on the primary market will make it possible to determine the category of comfort for citizens of Yerevan. It can be used by local analysts of the real estate market in determining the category of housing comfort. When creating a classifier for the Republic of Armenia, the housing and city planning codes of the Republic of Armenia, operating standards, technical standards and rules of designing and construction of multi-family housing were taken into account. As a result of the development of this classifier for multi-apartment buildings, three categories of housing were distinguished: highly comfortable, comfortable and economical.
