Driver - automobile - road system analysis by the example of the Republic of Аrmenia

The level of road safety in the Republic of Armenia is in poor condition, accordingly the "Driver-Road" system has been thoroughly analyzed. Ways have been identified to help to increase the reliability of individual elements of the given system, to strengthen their interconnectedness, and thus to increase the reliability of the entire system. Particularly sound recommendations have been made in the areas of driver training, upgrading of their professional qualifications, technical inspection of cars, enhancing their active safety and improving road conditions.
