The peculiarities of structure formation process of activated cement matrix of concrete

Abstract: The results of experimental-theoretical studies of the influence of clay-plaster on the structure formation process of activated cement matrix of concrete are given. The possibility of obtaining concrete properties without heat treatment of products is revealed. The results of the study concluded that for obtaining special concretes it is recommended to use cement systems activated by physical-chemical method containing chemically active ingredients to produce concrete for special purposes with identified design characteristics. However, the need for heat treatment of concrete, concrete products and structures of any massiveness is eliminated which can significantly reduce their production costs.
