Graphic recording as an important direction of graphic design

Main specifications of graphic recording as an important direction of graphic design, its use, objectives, history and modern relevance are described. Fundamentals of graphic recording, technical gimmicks of visual information’s transmission and the main materials and means of the work are shown. Examples for the expression of emotions, gestures and phenomena are brought; calligraphy and handwriting tricks are also presented. In addition, the article reflects the origins and development of graphic recording in the Republic of Armenia.
