Abstract:
A contact problem for the deformed composite elastic half-space under longitudinal shear conditions is studied. The half-space consists of an elastic infinite layer of finite thickness and an elastic half-space contacting with it, which have different shear moduli. A rigid ribbon stamp with a flat base and a finite width is attached on the surface of the half-space. The contact line between the layer and the half-space is weakened (tunnel-type) by the crack. These data should be compared with the permissible values for construction structures, buildings and erections that are available for various building materials.
