Problems of regulating the development of the adjacent main road territories in the zones of urban influence in Yerevan

The formation peculiarities of the service objects and complexes on the roadside areas of both international and republican urban environment considering the combined impact of concrete town-forming factors existing in the given zone on the territory of the direct influence of the vital functions of the capital city Yerevan, as well as the whole territory of its agglomeration are analyzed hereby. Adequate recommendations and proposals are introduced based on strategic tasks of the RA resettlement project impact and the territory development of Yerevan city.
