Abstract:
Analysing the construction of stiffening diaphragms in composite baloon-frame housing construction, justifying the necessity of solid connection of columns, beams and diaphragms in the main construction and stressing the difficulties related to the use of frames a new type of frame is suggested which enables to change the measures of the structure and, at the same time, construct columns, beams and diaphragms by ensuring strong and solid connection of their joints. The interstorey ceilings are constructed with precast floor stabs, the benefits of which is being rationalised hereby.
