Abstract: The paper presents the results of a study of the composition of combined materials based on bacterial cellulose (BC) using Raman spectroscopy and confocal fluorescence microscopy. As a result of the conducted studies, it was found that the main spectral differences of the studied BC-based materials are manifested in the following lines of RAMAN $\sim$1745 cm$^{-1}$, $\sim$1591 cm$^{-1}$ and $\sim$1092 cm$^{-1}$, corresponding to the main lines of bacterial cellulose. Based on the analysis of variance, an algorithm for identifying the studied materials based on bacterial cellulose using a decision tree was developed. The results of the research are confirmed by microscopic analysis.

Keywords: bacterial biocellulose, Raman spectroscopy, microscopic analysis, raman spectra, identification algorithm.
