Abstract: The optical scheme of optical absorption gas analyzer which optimized for measuring the freons content, is presented. The radiation source with a given maximum of spectral density of radiant emittance in the range from 8 to 10 $\mu$m, with a reference channel of 9.5 $\mu$m and a measurement threshold of 1 ppm is developed and studied. The design of the interference filter system is developed.

Keywords: gas analyzer, freon, absorption spectroscopy, pyroelectric detector.
