Foundations of the methods for the base expert analysis of information risks

An attempt is made to analyze the expert estimation procedure of information risk. The main purpose of this analysis is to make clear the fundamental foundations of base methods for information risk estimation. The presented results are received by the set- and graph-theoretical approaches.
