Parameter analysis of the post-quantum Hypericum signature scheme

Abstract: The paper is devoted to the parameter analysis of the of post-quantum stateless hash-based signature schemes (SPHINCS$^+$, SPHINCS$^+$C, and Hypericum). New parameter sets are proposed to provide 120-bit security against forgery by a quantum adversary. The selection of sets was carried out taking into account the application characteristics and possible areas of application of the schemes under consideration.
