Charge-transfer features in zinc sulfide doped layers in a low-frequency alternating electric field

Abstract: The behavioral features of the spectra of impedance components and electric module for copper-doped polycrystalline zinc-sulfide layers are investigated. The dispersion of the frequency dependences of the electrical parameters corresponding to the distribution of the relaxation time is established. An equivalent sample circuit that includes a constant phase element and describes electric transport features in the polycrystalline system under study is used to interpret the experimental data.
