Abstract: Thermoelements for thermoelectric coolers from fine-crystalline materials based on $p$- and $n$-type antimony- and bismuth-chalcogenide alloys produced by hot pressing and extrusion from powders, prepared by melt spinning, are studied. The characteristics of the modules in the range of 100–400 K are calculated taking into account the temperature dependences of the thermoelectric parameters of legs, and the parameters of thermoelectric-leg matching are estimated. The modules are fabricated and the experimental and calculated characteristics are compared.
