On the photopleochroism coefficient and its temperature dynamics in native oxide-$p$-InSe heterojunctions

Abstract: The temperature dependence of the photopleochroism coefficient for a native oxide-$p$-InSe heterojunction is studied. Different temperature dependences of the shift of the photocurrent long-wavelength edge are recorded for two polarization orientations $\mathbf{E}\parallel\mathbf{C}$ and $\mathbf{E}\perp\mathbf{C}$.
