Increasing the efficiency of optical power input in AlGaAs/GaAs photovoltaic laser converters

Abstract: The increase in the efficiency of optical power input in AlGaAs/GaAs photoelectric converters of laser radiation using prismatic coatings is investigated. The primary focus is on the design and optimization of a construction that minimizes reflection. It is demonstrated that the use of prismatic covers enhances the external quantum efficiency of the samples.
