Energy structure of non-hydrogen-like impurities in quantum wells without spin-orbit coupling

Abstract: Hole states localized at an acceptor in a quantum well formed of a semiconductor with cubic symmetry without spin-orbit coupling (the symmetry $\Gamma_{15}$) are considered. It is shown that the triply degenerate level is split, and the energies of the levels are calculated as functions of the well width.
