Abstract: The principles of creation of “the deformation antenna of Earth” in the territory of Russia intended for registration and direction finding of fluctuations and waves of wide range of frequencies are discussed (from infrasonic to the range of gravitational waves). Placing laser strainmeters of classical and pendulum types in certain points of Russia, it is possible to receive the unique complex surpassing a LIGO project complex in sensitivity and frequency range.

Keywords: system of spaced laser strainmeters, gravitational signal, sound, infrasonic sound.
