Abstract:
The optoelectronic two-wave method has been developed and a block scheme of the corresponding optoelectronic device has been proposed for remote monitoring of the content of methane in atmosphere. The optoelectronic device employs light-emitting diodes (LEDs) based on GaAlAsSb/GaInAsSb/GaAlAsSb (3.12 $\mu$m) and GaAlAsSb/GaInAsSb/GaAlAsSb (3.39 $\mu$m) structures as the sources of reference and probing radiation, respectively.
