Abstract: We propose implementing the diagnostics of long-wavelength fluctuations of the radial velocity of tokamak plasma, which is based on Döppler-enhanced microwave scattering by short-wavelength fluctuations entrained by large-scale turbulent flow in the equatorial plane of a tokamak.
