A matched load based on Bragg structures for the THz-frequency range

Abstract: A compact broadband waveguide matched load based on Bragg structures has been developed. It contains alternating nanoscale metal and dielectric layers designed for the frequency range of 140–210 GHz. The voltage standing-wave ratios of less than 1.3 are experimentally obtained in this frequency range.
