Vibronic properties of organic semiconductors based on zirconium monophthalocyanine

Abstract: Vibronic states of organic semiconductors based on zirconium monophthalocyanine molecules have been studied. Vibrational and rotational transitions in the organic semiconductor containing zirconium atoms are precisely described based on data of infrared absorption and Raman spectroscopy.
