Electrochemical deposition of contact materials for GaSb-based high-power photovoltaic converters

Abstract: The influence of the material, thickness and growth condition of the conductive contact layer on the morphology of current fingers, fill factor and efficiency of the GaSb-based photovoltaic converter is investigated.
