Porous-silicon-based nanocontainers for intranasal administration of drugs

Abstract: A system of targeted delivery of drugs encapsulated in nanosilicon containers by intranasal administration is described. This type of drug delivery will significantly reduce side effects and improve treatment and diagnosis of diseases. Up-to-date literary sources are considered.
