Study of extracted ion current distribution during counter development of surface dielectric barrier discharge channels

Abstract: his paper presents the registration of the spatio-temporal distribution of ion current extracted from dielectric barrier discharge plasma during counter development of its channels. The influence of the distance between discharge electrodes and the polarity of the high voltage on this distribution is shown.
