Abstract:
The paper presents the results of an experimental study of the generation modes of a multifre-quency microwave (MW) signal in a ring autooscillator with a magnonic crystal (MC) based on a submicron-thick yttrium iron garnet film. It has been established that the multi-frequency MW signal is generated when the MC operates in a nonlinear mode. The signal is formed on both sides of the frequency of the MC first forbidden zone, which is placed in the magnetostatic surface spin waveband. Control of the spectrum of the multi-frequency MW signal by changing the intensity of the external constant magnetic field has been demonstrated.
