Abstract:
A fabrication technique and results obtained in a study of the electromechanical properties of laboratory models of mixed composite materials with 0–3 and 3–3 connectivities based on the TsTS-19 ceramic are presented. The materials are fabricated by a technique that enables their use as digital piezomaterials. Dependences of the relative permittivity on the ratio between the particle size and piezoelement thickness are presented. Selected piezoelectric parameters of the model mixed composites are determined.
