The size effect in a layered ferroelectric structure

We theoretically calculate and plot the spatial distribution of dynamic polarization in a capacitor structure consisting of thin SrTiO$_3$ and BaTiO$_3$ layers that satisfies the zero boundary conditions and investigate the size effect on the capacitance of a ferroelectric bilayer.
