Abstract:
An analysis of the inductive characteristic of a spintronic nano-oscillator with an easy-plane magnetization of the free layer is presented, based on an analysis of its small-signal equivalent circuit of the oscillatory system. The dependence of the effective inductance on the current strength is determined, and inductive characteristics for various values of the external magnetic field are plotted. It is shown that the slope of the spintronic nano-oscillator inductive characteristic increases with the magnitude of the external magnetic field. The presented results can be used in the design of radio engineering models of spintronic generators, as well as in the development of a new component base for modern radio electronics.
