The similar operator method and spectral properties of the difference operator with order potential

The difference operator which corresponding Sturm-Liouville operator with growing order potential is studied. The asymptotic estimates of eigenvalue, spectral projections and the estimate for uniform absolute equiconvergence of spectral resolutions are obtained. The similar operator method is the method of investigation.
