Registration of the radiation with energies up to 1.33 mev by the detectors of small sizes

Abstract: Spectra of gamma radiation of sources $^{241}Am$, $^{57}Co$, $^{137}Cs$, $^{133}Ba$, $^{22}Na$, $^{60}Co$ were measured by the detecting module based on uncooled planar silicon detector and by the detecting module of the type “scintillator - silicon photo sensor”. Spectra of radiation for planar Si detector 5x5x0.3 $mm^3$ contain peaks of full absorption for $\gamma$-rays energies up to 662 keV. The experimentally measured width of the peaks (FWHM) for energies E $_\gamma$ from 59.54 keV to662 keV is in the range from 1.3 to 3.6 keV. The resolution of the detecting system based on scintillator CsI(Tl) 2x2x2.4 $mm^3$ for the energies from 59.54 keV to 1332.5 keV was 22.8-86 keV.
