Creep of clamped plates with different reinforcement structures

Abstract: Based on the ageing theory in Rabotnov's formulation, a unified approach to studying the creep of plates clamped over the contour and having different reinforcement structures is developed. A wide class of straightline and curvilinear reinforcement structures is considered in the Cartesian and polar coordinate systems. Equations of increasing deflections due to creep and equations for determining the ultimate admissible service times are derived for these structures.
