Homogenization of equations for miscible fluids

Abstract: Equations of filtration of a two-component miscible fluid in a porous medium are derived with the use of the method of two-scale homogenization of the system of the Navier–Stokes and Cahn–Hilliard equations. The case of strong miscibility is considered.
