Velocity measurements in a one-dimensional steady flow by methods of emission tomography

Abstract: A new method for velocity-field measurements in a one-dimensional steady flow is proposed. The method is based on principles of laser-induced fluorescence combined with emission tomography. Results of a numerical experiment are presented.
